Green Pea Flax Penne with cauliflower white sauce

one medium cauliflower, cut into florets (about 350g)
150 to 200ml almond milk, unsweetened
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp Planet Plant-Based almond butter
salt and pepper to taste

a handful crushed hazelnuts
Steam cauliflower florets until fork tender, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a blender with 150ml almond milk, almond butter, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. Adjust consistency according to your liking by adding more almond milk.
Cook Planet Plant-Based pasta according to package instructions, returning it to the pot after draining. Pour the sauce on top, stirring on low heat to warm everything through. Serve with a sprinkle of crushed hazelnuts and a crack of black pepper.
