Tahini Spice Cookies
150 g Planet Plant-Based Tahini (white)
60 ml Planet Plant-Based Date Syrup
2 tbsp plant-based milk
1 tbsp Planet Plant-Based Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon cardamom
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ tsp baking powder
30 g coconut flour
Sesame seeds, as a topping
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the tahini, date syrup, milk, coconut oil and vanilla in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir for about 30 seconds until a solid mass is formed.
Shape about 12 balls out of the dough and roll half of each in sesame seeds. Place on the baking sheet with the sesame side up.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, then let cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before letting them cool completely on a rack.
