2 cups edamame beans (popped out of the pod)
3 tbsp Planet Plant-Based white tahini
Juice from one lime
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Finely chopped coriander
1/2 cup water
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt
Black pepper
Blend all together. Taste and adjust flavoring. Serve as a side dish with a full meal, as a dip with crudités or as a breakfast bread spread.
