120 ml (0.5 cups) Planet Plant-Based coconut oil
120 ml (0.5 cups) Planet Plant-Based date syrup
480 ml (2 cups) gluten-free oats
Optional: 100 g dark chocolate of choice
240 ml (1 cup) Planet Plant-Based peanut butter
A little sea salt
Slightly melt the coconut oil in a bowl over a water bath and then add the peanut butter and date syrup until all is completely smooth. Make sure all is thoroughly combined.
Then stir in the gluten-free oats.
Transfer the mix to a baking tin and press it out evenly.
Now melt the chocolate - if using; the bars are tasty without it, too - over a water bath and spread it out evenly across the top.
Place the tin in the fridge for about two hours or until completely solid. Slice into bars.
