- Heat the grill and prepare as needed.
- Brush the cut sides of the apricots with softened coconut oil and place onto the grill, cut side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the fruit is softened and browned. You may want to choose a part of the grill that isn’t quite so hot to prevent burning.
- Sprinkle the grilled side of the apricots with sumac, and serve drizzled with hazelnut butter over vegan yogurt or ice cream.
