Inspiration
To make a Cashew Butter dressing, combine 60g Cashew Butter, 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp Date Syrup, ½ tsp Dijon mustard, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper. Add a dash of water if needed. Stir through cooked, chilled Chickpea Turmeric Fusilli with handfuls of your favourite raw veg - try tomatoes, peppers, broccoli, corn, rocket or fresh herbs.
