Inspiration
Boil the spaghetti in a large pan of salted water for 3-4 minutes until al-dente. Drain, reserving a little of the pasta water. Add some hummus, some chopped fresh herbs (basil, parsley or oregano work well) and a little of the pasta water to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Add the pasta to the pan and stir gently to combine. Top with toasted pine nuts and serve.
