Inspiration
Sautee a handful of copped brown mushrooms in a little coconut oil on high heat. Add a splash of coconut aminos, lemon juice, a spoon of cashew butter and a little water. Stir in your cooked cellentani and top off with some freshly cracked salt and black pepper and some chopped nuts. Garnish with fresh herbs of your choice.
